The room had very good amenities. Breakfast offered excellent choices. Staff helped with requests efficiently. I also liked the Eataly restaurant located around the corner. It was very convenient. The hotel design was also nice.
The receptionist did not provide much information upon check-in about the hotel facilities.

breakfast had good variety, i enjoyed it. the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. my room had a large window with a clear view. i found the location convenient for accessing public transportation, particularly the metro.
